  • She has over 25 years’ experience in diversity & inclusion, human resources, and organisational change and development.

  • Lisa passionately believes that the business world needs more diversity and inclusion to drive business innovation and results, while providing a place where everyone feels like they can belong, contribute and have a successful career.
  • She has learnt a lot from working in global and multinational male-dominated industries and big, complex, challenging organisations. She has broad experience including in logistics, distribution, insurance, manufacturing, and engineering and project management consulting businesses. 
  • Lisa has lived and worked in Australia, Asia, the UK and New Zealand and delivered diversity and inclusion coaching and facilitation work, change management programs, inclusive leadership development, and DEI audits across global markets.

  • At Standard Chartered, she scaled Tableau to become the largest deployment in APAC – growing from 8 to 102 cores and delivering 50+ strategic projects across finance, risk, HR, and operations.
  • At Citi, she led self-service enablement across 18 APAC and EMEA markets – growing active Tableau usage sixfold and shifting reporting from monthly to daily. Her teams built trust, shifted mindsets, and helped analysts and execs think differently about data.
