Starting with strategy I will help you review the current state of DEI in your organisation, think about how DEI work aligns with overall business goals, and build a business case for DEI work.

Once you have a strategy how do you implement it? How do you drive the actions that will deliver on the strategy? This is often the toughest part of DEI work. You will learn how to focus your DEI actions amongst the busyness of today’s organisations, and how to measure progress of your DEI work.
